Nakarintra takes one-shot lead at Penang Masters

PETALING JAYA: Nakarintra Ratanakul fired a six-under 66 for a one-shot lead in the opening round of the PGM-Asean Penang Masters at the Penang Golf Resort in Bertam.

Arie Fauzi, who finished runner-up after a playoff in the PGM Tour’s last event – the PGM Kelantan Classic at Kelantan Golf & Country Club a fortnight ago – also had six birdies in his round but had a bogey to contend with as he lurked in second place on 67.
