PETALING JAYA: For midfielder Oday Kharoub, it is a case of better late than never.

The Palestinian international was initially set to join Negri Sembilan for the Super League during the first transfer window, but the move failed to materialise due to contractual obligations with Libyan club Al-Ahli.
