LONDON (Reuters) - West Ham United manager David Moyes said his side lacked leadership and mental toughness in a 5-0 away thrashing at the hands of Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

Sunday's performance comes amid mounting speculation around Moyes' future at West Ham, after media reports this week that the East London club has contacted potential replacements.
