PETALING JAYA: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) were in seventh heaven after thrashing Negri Sembilan 7-0 in the Super League match at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium on Monday (March 6).

Fernando Forestieri (21st and 48th minute) and La’Vere Corbin Ong (67th and 88th minute) scored a double each during the game, while the other goalscorers were Diogo Santo (41st), Arif Aiman Hanapi (52nd) and Endrick dos Santos (72nd).

It's their third win of the season, and they are now at the top of the table with nine points with a better goal difference.

Sabah also got their third win and are second in the league after beating Kuching City 2
