(Reuters) - Belgium winger Thorgan Hazard has joined PSV Eindhoven on loan for the rest of the season from Borussia Dortmund, the Dutch club said on Tuesday.

The 29-year-old made 21 appearances for Dortmund this season but has struggled to find the net, having scored only one goal.

"Thorgan is a versatile player who can be deployed in multiple positions up front. And he brings a lot of international experience," PSV General Manager Marcel Brands said.

PSV are third in the Netherlands' top flight.
