LONDON (Reuters) - Brentford manager Thomas Frank has praised the "laser focus" of Ivan Toney with the striker continuing to excel on the pitch as he faces FA charges for alleged breaches of betting rules.
The 26-year-old Toney was this month charged by the FA with 30 more breaches of betting rules after being charged with misconduct in November for allegedly breaching the rules 232 times between 2017 and 2021.
