Football: Harimau Muda off to winning start in AFC U23 Asian Cup qualifiers


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Under-23 football team are off to a winning start after beating Laos 1-0 in their opening match of the AFC Under-23 Asian Cup qualifiers on Monday (Oct 25).

The team known as Harimau Muda had the lion's share of possession but could not create many chances and better movement due to the artificial pitch at the MFF Stadium in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
