ROME (Reuters) - Italy left back Leonardo Spinazzola said he benefited from the "charismatic" presence of Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci in central defence as the Azzuri stormed to a commanding 3-0 win over Turkey in Friday's European Championship opener.
After a goalless first half, a Merih Demiral own goal and strikes by Ciro Immobile and Lorenzo Insigne sent Italy to the top of Group A, extending the team's unbeaten run to 28 games.
