PETALING JAYA: The government’s decision to postpone the Malaysia Cup due to the rising Covid-19 cases has forced the Malaysia Football League (MFL) to call off the tournament. And it has left several football teams in a lurch.
The competition’s quarter-finalists – Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, UiTM, Johor Darul Ta’zim, Penang, Kedah, Perak and Terengganu – were scheduled for the matches from Nov 12-13.
