Selangor edge Melaka to advance to Malaysia Cup quarter-final


PETALING JAYA: Thirty-three times champions Selangor advanced to the Malaysia Cup quarter-finals of the competition after beating Melaka 2-1.

The Red Giants goals were scored by Ifedayo Olesugun in the 21st minute and Sandro Mendonca in the 52nd minute, while Uche Agba scored the consolation for the Mousedeers in the 57th minute at the Hang Jebat Stadium earlier tonight (Nov 8).
