(Reuters) - Villarreal won 3-1 away to Getafe in La Liga on Wednesday following a glut of goals in the second half to maintain their push for a Champions League spot, practically crushing Getafe's hopes of a top-four finish in the process.
Santi Cazorla put Villarreal ahead from the penalty spot in the 66th minute then restored their advantage with a second spot-kick in the 86th after Hugo Duro had equalised for Getafe in the 80th.
