PETALING JAYA: After two defeats and a draw in their opening three matches, Kedah coach Aidil Sharin is glad his fresh faces finally recorded their first win of the season in the Super League.

It was even more satisfying because the win was over Selangor. Goals from Renan Alves (26th) and Kpah Sherman (45th) gave the Red Eagles a 2-0 win at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Setar on Sunday, in a match which was played behind closed doors due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
