SHAH ALAM: After steering Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) into the Malaysia Cup final with a sublime performance against Selangor, winger Mohd Safawi Rasid is looking forward to lifting the trophy when they collide with five-time champions Kedah at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Nov 2.
The 22-year-old Safawi said it would be a dream come true to play in the final after missing out two years ago when the Southern Tigers beat Kedah 2-0 to win their first Malaysia Cup trophy.
