PETALING JAYA: The national team kicked off their 2020 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Under-16 Championship qualifying campaign with a 7-0 whipping over Cambodia in their Group J opener on Wednesday (Aug 18).
Malaysia's goals were scored by Adam Uwais Mohd Armi (7th minute, penalty), Adam Farhan Mohd Faizal (16th), Akid Mohd Zamri (22nd, 30th), Harry Danish Haizon (54th), Nabil Qayyum Zainuddin (64th) and Khairil Mohd Zain (90th+1) at the National Stadium in Vientiane.
