(Reuters) - Derby County have appointed former PSV Eindhoven boss Phillip Cocu as manager on a four-year contract, the Championship (second tier) club said on Friday.
Former Dutch international Cocu will take over from Lampard, who sealed his return to Stamford Bridge on Thursday.
