GUIMARAES, Portugal (Reuters) - Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman believes 19-year-old Ajax Amsterdam defender Matthijs de Ligt has only scratched the surface of his potential, but deserves a move to a big club.

De Ligt was one of the standout performers for Ajax during their run to the Champions League semi-finals this season and has been linked with several of Europe's leading clubs.
