PETALING JAYA: Melaka, Sarawak and Kelantan escaped heavy sanctions from the Malaysian Football League (MFL) after submitting their financial records before the deadline.
On April 22, the MFL announced that the three teams, along with Felda United, Kuala Lumpur, Police and Penang will have their annual grants reduced by half for failing to submit documents to prove their financial stability.
