(Reuters) - England's Izzy Christiansen faces a race against time to regain full fitness ahead of the Women's World Cup but said she could return to training in "the next couple of weeks".

The 27-year-old Olympique Lyonnais midfielder suffered a broken leg and damaged ankle ligaments against Japan in the SheBelieves Cup last month.
