Arrested Levante defender Tono innocent, says lawyer

MADRID (Reuters) - Levante defender Tono is "absolutely" innocent, his lawyer said on Saturday after the player was arrested and imprisoned without bail.

Tono was one of seven people arrested on Friday and Spanish media reported they are being held on suspicion of extortion and threats.
