Former Penang captain Aziz passes away

GEORGE TOWN: Former Penang football captain Aziz Azizan (pic), who has been comatose since Monday, passed away at the Penang Hospital at 4.30pm yesterday.

Football Association of Penang (FAP) press liaison officer Ahmad Zachki Ahmad Suri said Aziz’s wife, his nephew Zambri Ahmad, a former footballer, and other close family members were beside him during his death.
