BERLIN (Reuters) - Weekends should be reserved for domestic league football and any attempt to have international club matches played on those days could trigger legal action, the head of Germany's Bundesliga Christian Seifert said on Tuesday.

Major international football organisations including FIFA and UEFA have either introduced new competitions such as the Nations League or are considering extending club competitions.
