Man City terminate contract of women's team striker Nadim

(Reuters) - Manchester City have terminated the contract of their women's team striker Nadia Nadim, ending the 11-month tenure of the Denmark international, the club announced on Wednesday.

Afghanistan-born Nadim scored eight goals in 28 appearances across all competitions for the Women's Super League club but has struggled to settle in Manchester since her January move.
