(Reuters) - The Romanian Football Federation has been charged by UEFA for fans' racist behaviour and setting off of fireworks in Sunday's Nations League match against Serbia which ended 0-0, European soccer's governing body said on Tuesday.
Numerous flares were lit at Bucharest's national stadium, and photos and footage on social media appeared to show Romania fans engaging in racist chanting and displaying banners linking refugees to terrorism.
