MOSCOW (Reuters) - The own goal by Croatia's Mario Mandzukic in Sunday's World Cup final against France was the first in a final and 12th of a record-breaking tournament in Russia.

Antoine Griezmann's free kick brushed the top of Mandzukic's head and sailed over his own goalkeeper to give France a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute of the game at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium.
