MILAN (Reuters) - Napoli saw off a brave challenge from promoted SPAL when a late Faouzi Ghoulam goal gave them a 3-2 win on Saturday, leaving them with maximum points from six games.

It was also a club-record eleventh consecutive Serie A win for Napoli who, for the second time in four games, recovered from going a goal behind away from home.
