PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have lauded the Malaysian Indian Football Asociation (MIFA) for taking proactive measures to weed out match fixing in their team.
Three MIFA players, including a foreign player, were detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for suspected match fixing yesterday. The MACC investigated the three players following a report filed by the Premier League side.
