Former Disney boss Eisner in talks to buy Portsmouth

LONDON (Reuters) - Former top-flight side Portsmouth, now languishing in the fourth tier of English soccer, announced on Thursday an exclusivity agreement with ex-Walt Disney chief executive Michael Eisner and his Tornante Company.

The fan-owned south coast club said on their website (www.portsmouthfc.co.uk) that the agreement would allow a 70-day period of negotiations "regarding a possible purchase of the club".
