PETALING JAYA: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) came close to taking home a precious one-goal advantage in their AFC Cup quarter-final, first-leg tie against South China of Hong Kong.

With just two minutes left from the five-minute added time, shoddy defending allowed Serbian striker Nikola Komazec to cancel out Argentine Jorge Diaz’s 22nd-minute opener for JDT for a draw at the Mongkok Stadium on Tuesday.
