LONDON (Reuters) - Arsenal have signed Germany's 2014 World Cup-winning defender Shkodran Mustafi and Spanish striker Lucas Perez, the Premier League club said on Tuesday.
No financial details were disclosed but British media said the fee for Mustafi was 35 million pounds ($45.76 million) and Perez cost 17 million.
