KUCHING: Negri Sembilan sneaked into the quarter-finals of the men’s football competition in Sukma despite not winning a match.
On Sunday, they were beaten 2-1 by Perak in their last match in the three-team Group D. Perak won the group with six points. Negri and Penang were tied on one point. Negri, however, reached the last eight by virtue of having scored one more goal than Penang.
