(Reuters) - Sunderland defender Lamine Kone will be fit for Wednesday's vital Premier League game against Everton after the defender appeared to injure his thigh in Saturday's 3-2 win over Chelsea at the Stadium of Light.

Kone, impressive since his arrival from French side Lorient in January, was replaced by John O'Shea before the hour mark against Chelsea after hurting his thigh in the first half.
