(Reuters) - Left back Danny Rose has apologised for his involvement in the post-match brawl between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur players and staff after Monday's 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge ended his side's title hopes.

Tottenham had nine players booked, the most in Premier League history, and Chelsea had three cautioned in an ill-tempered London derby that became more heated after the home side equalised late on.
