IPOH: Perak have signed their fourth and final foreign player for the new M-League season.
Uzbekistan midfielder Oybek Kilichev has put pen to paper and will join compatriot and attacking midfielder Vokhid Shodiev and Brazilians Elias Fernandes de Oliviera (striker) and Thiago Di Aquino (defender) as Perak’s foreign legion.
