LONDON (Reuters) - Manchester City's Manuel Pellegrini could be one of the least active Premier League managers in the January transfer window after declaring his title-chasing squad "complete" on Thursday.
The Abu Dhabi-owned club were English football's biggest spenders in the summer, splashing out heavily on the likes of forwards Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne and defender Nicolas Otamendi.
