PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have appointed German coach Frank Bernhardt as the new national Under-23 coach.
FAM deputy president Datuk Mokhtar Ahmad, who heads the selection panel with members from the National Sports Council (NSC) said that Berhardt is expected to start in January.
