M-League handler prepared to incentivise youth development

PETALING JAYA: The Football Malaysia Limited Liability Partnership (FMLLP) are prepared to come up with an incentive system to encourage M-League teams to take youth development seriously.

“We believe that youth development and the M-League should go hand in hand, so we are ready to come up with incentive scheme or mechanism to reward teams who use their youth or academy players in their senior team,” said FMLLP chief executive Kevin Ramalingam.
