Malaysia U-16 footballers suffer defeat in AFF meet


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s hopes of retaining the Asean Football Federation (AFF) Under-16 championship have been dented.

Malaysia, who defeated Vietnam 1-0 on Monday, were beaten 3-1 by Thailand in their Group A match at the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.
