(Reuters) - Panamanian goalkeeper Jaime Penedo and fellow player Luis Tejada have been suspended for two matches and the nation's federation fined after their Gold Cup semi-final loss to Mexico, the CONCACAF Gold Cup disciplinary committee said on Friday.
Penedo, who plays club soccer for the Los Angeles Galaxy, was suspended for pushing an assistant referee after the controversial loss in Atlanta, CONCACAF said.
