PETALING JAYA: The “Liga Bolasepak Rakyat” (LBR) or Community League, involving amateur footballers, will take off in August.
The LBR is the brainchild of FA of Malaysia (FAM) president Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, who has introduced this nation-wide project in a bid to unearth hidden talents from the districts.
