PETALING JAYA: Kelantan will enjoy the lion’s share of supporters in the FA Cup final at the 100,000 capacity National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Saturday.
This is because their opponents Lions XII have requested only 10,000 tickets.
The Red Warriors will be putting 30,000 tickets on sale in Kota Baru tomorrow.
And the figure is expected to double for the east coast side when the tickets go on sale online at the www.tickethotline.com.my tomorrow.
The Lions will put their tickets on sale at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore on Thursday.
All the tickets are priced at a flat rate of RM40. The price for the 3,000 limited tickets for children will be announced soon.
“The FAM will absorb the goods and services tax (GST),” said Datuk Seri Affandi Hamzah, the competitions committee chairman of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).
Those purchasing online can redeem their tickets at the National Stadium (purple counter) from Thursday onwards (10am-6pm). No tickets will be sold at the stadium.
