PETALING JAYA: Defending champions Thailand and host Singapore will be the top seeds for the men’s Under-23 football competition at the Singapore SEA Games.
National Under-23 coach Datuk Ong Kim Swee said the latest format issued by the host nation would see Singapore drawn in Group A (5 teams) and the Thais in Group B (6 teams) for the bi-annual meet in June.
