LONDON (Reuters) - Everton must try to change their cautious approach to matches and play with freedom if they are to start enjoying life in the Premier League, manager Roberto Martinez said on Friday.

Everton, who are 12th in the Premier League table with 28 points from 26 matches, have endured an inconsistent season compared to the previous campaign when they finished fifth.
