MANCHESTER (Reuters) - Bon Jovi fan Patrick Bamford hit the high notes on Saturday as he helped Middlesbrough cause a seismic FA Cup fourth-round shock by winning 2-0 at Manchester City.

Bamford, on loan from Chelsea, had only been on the Etihad Stadium pitch once before, for a Bon Jovi concert, and he was certainly on song for second tier Middlesbrough.
