Belfast (Reuters) - FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke said on Tuesday he did not know how much damage had been done to the organisation by the row over the non-publication of the Garcia report in full.

"It's very difficult to say" he told a news conference in Belfast following a two-day annual meeting of the International Football Association Board .
