SHAH ALAM: Malaysia suffered another setback in their run-up to the AFF Suzuki Cup football tournament.

On Wednesday, Dollah Salleh’s team were humiliated 3-0 by Syria in a friendly at the Shah Alam Stadium. It was Malaysia’s third defeat in four friendlies since Dollah took over the hot seat in June. They had earlier lost to Tajikistan (4-1) and Indonesia (2-0) and their only win was against Cambodia (4-1).
