JOHOR BARU: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) manager Bojan Hodak believes that the Malaysia Cup semi-final slot “is ours to lose”.

The 43-year-old Croatian said that JDT had everything going for them – including having the best line-up and with no injuries or suspensions to worry about.

“I have a full list of players to choose from – except for Hariss Harun, who has just returned after representing Singapore in two international friendlies recently.

“Our Argentine duo of Luciano Figueroa and Jorge Diaz will lead our attack. We have home ground advantage and we will not be nervous in our approach,” said Hodak.

The first-leg match between the two sides ended in a goalless draw in Kuala Terengganu on Oct 3.

Hodak, however, has warned his defenders to be focused for Thursday’s match.

“I have told my players to be wary of Terengganu as their coach, Abdul Rahman Ibrahim, is an experienced man. He has a good side, with players like Ismail Faruqi, Mohd Norfarhan Muhammad and Mohd Ashaari Shamsuddin,” said Hodak, who expects defenders Mohd Aidil Zafuan Abdul Radzak and Marcos Elias Santos to be severely tested by the Turtles.
