PETALING JAYA: Paulo Rangel struck a brace to help Selangor win the Sultan of Selangor Cup for the third consecutive year.

The Red Giants, preparing for next week’s Malaysia Cup quarter-finals, defeated their counterparts from the Singapore League Selection 2-1 at the Shah Alam Stadium on Saturday night.
