PETALING JAYA: Premier League champions Police’s Malaysia Cup campaign got off to a perfect start with a 3-0 win over Super League outfit Sime Darby in their Group D match at the Selayang Stadium. 

Maldivian striker Ali Ashfaq starred for Police, striking a brace in the 15th and 46th minute. Bobby Gonzales netted the other goal in the 34th minute.
