PETALING JAYA: The Harimau Muda Under-16 team went on a scoring spree at the Asia Champions Trophy (ACT), thrashing Timor Leste 9-0 for their biggest win at the Frenz Stadium in Janda Baik, Pahang.
The win on Tuesday gave the Malaysians 17 points from eight matches in Group A. S. Balachandran’s team are now on course to join leaders PVF Vietnam, on 22 points, for a place in the semi-finals.
