PETALING JAYA: The National Under-23 team bowed out of the BIDC Cup invitational tournament after losing 1-0 to Myanmar in the semi-finals at the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on Friday.
The Malaysians, preparing for next month’s Myanmar SEA Games, had topped their group with four points after defeating Laos 3-2 and holding hosts Cambodia to a 2-2 draw.
